Breast Implant Revision

The patient presented with capsular contracture of the right breast. Dr. David Bray, Jr., performed right total capsulectomy and left partial capsulectomy with removal of saline breast implants. The implant pocket was modified to improve breast shape and symmetry. The breast implants were replaced with new silicone gel implants.

The patient presented for revision of breast implants that were positioned too high and felt too tight. Dr. David Bray, Jr. removed the old breast implants, performed a capsulectomy, performed a dual plane pectoralis muscle elevation, and placed new silicone breast implants in an improved position.

The patient presented for breast implant revision. She was concerned with the elevated position of the implants and the sagging of her breast tissue. Dr. David Bray, Jr. performed breast implant revision with repositioning of the implants and a breast lift. The patient now has more natural appearing breasts with the implants in the correct position.

The patient presented for bilateral breast implant removal. Dr. David Bray, Jr. performed bilateral breast implant removal with bilateral breast lift.

The patient presented with right breast implant deflation and left breast implant capsular contracture. The patient underwent bilateral breast implant removal with bilateral capsulectomy and placement of new breast implants.

The patient presented with capsular contracture of the left breast implant. Dr. David Bray, Jr. performed removal of bilateral breast implants with left breast capsulectomy and placement of new breast implants.
